Chiara Competello has over 12 years of experience in multifamily property and asset management. Previously employed by BH Management Services, Ms. Competello oversaw a portfolio of over 1,900 apartment units throughout North Carolina as a Regional Manager. Prior to joining BH Management, Ms. Competello held various property management roles at Fogelman Management Group in the Greater Atlanta Area. Ms. Competello graduated from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Finance and an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
