George Whiting has 6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and public accounting. Most recently, Mr. Whiting served as an Audit Associate at BDO USA, LLP, where he advised public companies in a variety of sectors. Prior to BDO, Mr. Whiting served as a Tax Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital managing tax payments for a portfolio of over 1,500 loans ranging from $5 million to $250 million. He also served as a Sales Analyst at B2R Finance, where he analyzed residential income property portfolios for loans ranging between $300,000 and $5 million. Mr. Whiting obtained a Master of Accounting degree from North Carolina State University and attended Hampden-Sydney College where he served as a captain of the golf team and graduated with a B.A. in Economics. He lives in Raleigh, NC and enjoys playing golf and boating.
