Jack Tanner began his career in real estate development for Beacon Street Development, a boutique development shop headquartered in Raleigh, NC. During his time at Beacon Street, Mr. Tanner was engaged in projects from acquisition to sale, participating heavily in the design process and construction management. Mr. Tanner graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, where he obtained a B.A. in Religious Studies. During his time at Chapel Hill, Mr. Tanner worked various internships in the multifamily industry, spending summers with Chaucer Creek Capital, North View Partners, and Berkadia. Mr. Tanner lives in Raleigh and enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Tarheels in his spare time.
